OWL Compose subscriptions
The OWL Compose subscription covers hosted publishing and account features. You can cancel to stop future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise in the product or checkout flow, hosted access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or need help with a recent payment, contact [email protected]. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on the payment processor, billing period, account status, and applicable law.
OWL Compose access
Hosted publishing, work management, reader-link creation, and CLI/API tokens require an active OWL Compose subscription. Readers do not incur a subscription charge merely by opening a permitted read-only reader link.

- Include the invoice, receipt, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Do not include full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials in email.
