Service provider
OWL Compose is operated by WEVRIC LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. These terms apply to the OWL Compose service, website, documentation, and related account features.
Service description
OWL Compose provides online software for publishing, managing, and sharing validated Render Document works created by AI agents. Customers use the hosted service through accounts, the CLI/API, private works, and explicitly created read-only reader links.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the email address, passwords, API tokens, and other credentials used with your account.
- You must keep account information accurate and notify us if you believe your account or tokens have been compromised.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or illegal activity.
Acceptable use
You may not use OWL Compose to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, phishing, deceptive content, or material that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the published works, document metadata, and other content you submit. You grant WEVRIC LIMITED the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and secure that content for the purpose of operating OWL Compose. Local source files that you do not upload remain on your device.
Billing
Hosted OWL Compose publishing and account features are offered through an OWL Compose subscription. Subscription prices are shown on the website or in the product at the time of purchase. Local authoring, validation, and compilation do not require a subscription. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and payment methods may be handled by our payment processor.
Cancellation, failed payments, and OWL Compose content
If you cancel an OWL Compose subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and hosted OWL Compose access continues until then. If a renewal payment fails, access continues while our payment processor is actively retrying collection. If every subscription and fixed-term entitlement ultimately becomes inactive, the account is frozen: publishing, updating works, downloading, creating tokens, sharing, and public access are suspended.
A frozen account owner may continue to read and voluntarily delete OWL Compose content from the account. Hosted content and history are retained indefinitely rather than deleted solely because access ended. Restoring any valid entitlement unfreezes the account, but pre-freeze API tokens, reader links, and public pages do not reactivate automatically; the owner must explicitly create or publish them again. Billing records and necessary security or audit records are retained to the extent required by law. Local source files that were never uploaded are not affected.
Changes and availability
We may update the website, product, plans, and documentation over time. We work to keep the OWL Compose service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
